Entering Turkey on N-reg aircraft

I flew around Croation coast and Bulgaria with intention to enter Istanbul or any other international airport as a point of entry and then explore the south coast of Turkey. Upon filing a flight plan in Sofia international, i have got a message that N registered aircraft are not allowed to fly in and I need to use one of their local agents to clear me in. They suggested an agent but he is asking €400 to sort me out. I need an advise or if anybody knows the way around?
Typically, i paid something between 0 to €38 for handling, overnight parking and landing fees all across EU.
I feel this is extortion and way over board to ask for a small private plane.

firstly the aircraft you fly must be insured for $30mil( think its about 17mil Euro) third party property damage to fly in Turkish airspace if its a jet not sure for props.
Dont even consider coming into LTBA as you will not be given a slot due to congestion (read notams) alternative is Corlu 1 hr drive west.
as for services
celebi, havas, TGS are other ground agents
i have a contact in corlu celebi , friendly lady who speaks good english...if you want pm me for the details
