Are QR taking direct entry F/Os onto the 777 with just 1000 total time?

Thought DEC stood for Direct Entry Captain.

With 1000 TT probably thinks he is the captain, no chance of conditions improving when people openly state that they know its bad, but i'll do it anyway.

Don't complain when you get the job and it turns out to be not so great.
