Physiotherapists (Pilot's Wives/Husbands/Friends etc) PLEASE HELP!
 

Hi everyone,

I'm moving out to Dubai soon as an FO for Emirates and my girlfriend is also planning to move out.

She is a physiotherapist and is looking for jobs currently.

It would be a massive help to us if anyone with a wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend or even a friend who is a physio could get in contact. We would like to ask a few questions to someone who is in the industry in Dubai.

Over the last few weeks she has applied for jobs and been in touch with recruitment agencies. However, we are unable to get answers to many fundamental questions, even from the agencies. Searching the internet has proven equally frustrating; once you scratch the surface it is very difficult to find useful detailed info and threads on forums all seem very dated.

"Welcome to Dubai!" I suspect some may say! But if any fellow 'expats' or locals can help it would be very much appreciated.

Re any job for Mrs (sorry) GF is difficultto give an exact answer.

The medical profession here is very regulated, and she will need to contact the Min of Health to see what her qualifications are worth in UAE.

So I suggest a search for Min of Health web site.
