What to negotiate on a contract with a VIP airline.

Hey Guy's

Looking at moving to dubai and working for a small vip airline as a flying spanner maybe next month. Just wondering what sort of things I should be negotiating on a contract and what sort of money should i be looking at. Any help would be very much appreciated.
