Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Senior Manager to head up our new Emirates Flight Academy in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the start-up of a brand new facility that will ultimately provide training for cadet pilots, allowing them to establish a firm foundation to their aviation career. The academy will have the capability to train up to 400 students. Training at the Academy will encompass theoretical knowledge, simulator and actual flight training. The job holder will be required to liaise with all associated partners and aviation authorities to establish the ground school and flying syllabus of the course.

The successful person will be responsible for developing and implementing a long term strategy for the Academy, ensuring it is supported with a measurable and achievable business plan along with policies that will guide the Academy towards achievement of its overall objectives.
