"not taking each others pilots-agreement??"

Hey all..

Is there any agreement between Etihad, Qatar --> Emirates not to take each other´s pilots?
So let´s say you fly EY/QR you are not allowed to apply for EK??

Is there a smiliar agreement with flydubai??
