Employers to start treating their employees with respect and honouring the contracts they signed. This will be tough especially in the middle east where employers are used to having their way with no accountablitity.

EK 412/413 to go B777 'cause the Whale just burns TOO much fuel (BTW- This IS an actual rumour!!!)

all the north american, european, asian, african and australian 380 flights go to the 777 because emirates ordered them just to show off and not to fly.

all "good" layovers will go on the 777 and all bad ones on the 330 because the 777 drivers say so.

A recent rumour refers the possibility of EK to open hubs in London, Frankfurt and Paris. Also other rumour links the possibility of EK buying an european company, some suggesting TAP Portugal (Lisbon hub?).
