EK B747-800 Coming soon (aka the Ladcruiser thread)
Emirates has also completed an operating agreement with Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) to lease seven new Boeing freighters, including two 747-800Fs and five 777s. Emirates did not say when it planned to take delivery of the aircraft, which are valued at more than $2bn at list prices. Emirates lands fleet financing for extra jets - The National |
Unfortunately the Boeing fleet cant spare more pilots as they are transitioning to the A380, however there are some A340 pilots available.. :p
|
Question is will they be operated by EK crews or Atlas crews?
|
Now there is a case of sour grapes if ever I have heard it. LOL.
|
Sour maybe...but actually not unrealistic when you think of it. B777 to A380. So why not A340 to B748...
|
No problem with that. Bus guys are welcome to it . Sour grapes is the reference to how easy the boeing is. Damn strait , he got that right !
Its so basic the seat is like a park bench ! Oh I wish I could get such extensive experience operating into those complicated and difficult airports the bus operates too. Been to almost every airport on the EK Network having flown both fleets. LOL. It must be harder to do it on the bus than the boeing I forget now. Dont stress boys I'm just pulling your joystick ! Funny thing is that if EK were to open up basings then you would see a bun fight for that , no matter the equipment. Then the size of your ladcruiser would not important all of a sudden. |
Whats a "ladcruiser"? Forget it.....I`m probably better off not knowing.:ok:
|
oh dear , fatigue setting in . I meant of course Landcruiser , as in the " my landcruiser is bigger than yours culture."
Heck I would be concerned about my posts of pulling joysticks and ladcruisers !! ooops. |
Actually I though "Lad"cruiser was quite appropriate!
