Why in QA Flight Deck Crew n Cabin Crew does not get along very well ?
 

Why in Qatar Airways there is a big gap between FD Crew n Cabin Crew ?
Why they does not get along very well ?
is it true that the Chief of QA does not like FD Crew ?

-Because C.C. have been brainwashed during their training not to approach the F.D crew and during layover not to go out with FD crew.Can't be more clear.

Instructions from ABB not to deal with cheap drivers, and if gets to know a pilot dating cc he will go crazy, he told some of his pilots you are here to fly airplanes not to f...........k my girls lol. (his girls) it is ok for him to f......k anybody else but not his pilots. red line cheers

Imagine a small guy who get something he never deserved and what he could never imagine he will have oportunity to run what kinda frustrations are going trough his head only an medical expert can understand .

This is the reason for Cabin Crew and FD hate in QR . He support it with giving promotion to crew which report pilots and cabin crew take advantage of it.

If you are an cabin crew and all family depend on you back home in Asia or far East and CEO tell you he will not terminate you over small irelevant reason if you sms him or tell him all what pilots are talking about him then you will either do it or go home and explain family why their sponsor got terminated . Can you blame them ? Yes it happen every day in QR .

Or CEO call few girls to 4 season hotel for dinner and talk rubbish about pilots with disrespect and tell them not to be afraid and just call him if any has a problem with pilots .

Or even better CEO has a speach on "wings day " of cabin crew where he tell them how pilots are just a cheap drivers and they do not deserve EVAIN water or china service and next day he terminate senior Capt for drinking EVIAN water instead of Rayan water . Then it is a clear message to cabin crew who and how respected are Captains in Qatar Airways .

There is much more female cabin crew who has CEO mobile number in their phone then pilots .

On promotion flights CEO will give LV bag or LV vallet's to cabin crew and have close night talks with some of them and they do admit that open already this days . Some of them has saved sms of him and show off around.

Qatar has earned a very bad name as result of CEO wired behaviur .

Where ever you go in any other place everyone know abot him and his terminations.

I know a few more people who become famues by doing bad things and court of law has reach them before or after . I belive Qatar will have to improve legal system and court process against small man will be a first step forward to reach that goal .

The fact that you're involved with a CC doesn't give you the power to be so rude.
In most of the cases respect must be observed by others, then given back.
I've seen a lot of disrespect from CC towards "aged" captains and, to be honest, sometimes (much less), also the opposite.
Honestly speaking QR CC are working very hard but they have no F...ing clue of what flying is, and the so called 5 star service is really crap if compared to the real big player both in the region and in the rest of the world. Of course is not their fault, they just do what is been told to do.
Paying high fees to Skytrax means only that this company is a big big advertising bluff...

Getting back to the point I agree to what you say: try to be nice to people and, maybe, you will be paid back the same way....not always I'd rather say, but at least your soul will be reliefed...

To be fully honest and without defending anybody..i have seen (few)captains treating the C.C like their housemaid..and their favorite push button in the cockpit is the FWD cabin crew call...
As usual in this airline..we all have to" pay" for the misbehaviour of a few uneducated F.D. crew here.

From my experience at QR. when I was there sometime ago, I found that the cabin crew in general can be very friendly or not so friendly when the CSD in charge of the c.c. , sets the tone and the attitude of how they should deal with the flt. deck crew at the briefing room before flight.
And , having said that , I did not personally had to make many complains of the services furnished to us during the flight , but in general that what I think to be the problem.

Fish smell from a head and all prob start from 9 floor .

Termination on every day base , blacmailing crew , trying on ccrew in low style with gifts .... just funny for a guy who say he could lead one of aircraft manufecturer better then others ha ha .

Do you think a CEO who tell crew that Captains are cheap drivers is good . Well seams he is good to you . Maybe you are one of those who similar to cabin crew mananger Mr S.K who are always YES sir .

Why not in his own country preferably in front of his cc, let it be a lesson for any ceo who think of f............king up with fd crew.

U respect everybody the way u like to be respected the problem with the little man, he doesn't want them to respect fd regardless.

The call button is my favorite........Getting in and out of the cockpit is not like getting up from a regular chair.

Preparing food and drinks and then delivering said products to people is pretty much their primary duty. It doesn't matter if it's for flight deck or a passenger.

If they don't like providing service then perhaps a new job is in order?????

Never had any problems with the CC....... Just maintain a strictly professional relationship and all is hunkedore!!! :)

WOW Kijangim is one of 9 floor favorite and decided to stand against well known true about AAB .

Telling the true about CEO is very important . Remember if world did not know the true what is going on in many places there would never be the end of it .

Mr Kejangim:

Did he help a Capt who drink EVIAN which was not against the rules ??
Does he help every day when he terminate 4 crew some for only not going out with him and some for not telling office thet a flatmate will jumpship ?
Did AAB help cabin crew who are in relationship with pilots or he terminated them ?

Did AAB help anyone except him self when he dont pay what is to be payed to terminated people ?

Did CEO help a guy who served 13 y in QR and got terminated by CEO for Evian water ?

AAB help ? ha ha no never he just make you owe him ! remember ! You are serving now for him

To be fair, the problem lies on both sides of the flight deck door.

Some of the worst treatment of Cabin Crew I have seen has been here.

Everyone puts on a smiley face, exchanges niceties, and mentions the 'CRM' and 'Teamwork' words during the brief, but then when the sh!t hits the fan, the same guys will run a mile to distance themselves from any problems in the Cabin. Why? because they are more interested in number one - themselves.

Dealing with disruptive passengers in the past, I have been told on occassions by Captains, "we are not paid to deal with this" or "it is not part of my job". Another guy said that once you interject in a situation, you are then a part of the problem. As Cabin Crew, what are you to think of someone like that? They will probably think 3 times before approaching you with a problem again.

We should stand up for our crew. Most of them work hard, put up with a lot, are young, inexperienced and under a lot of pressure. The least we can do is show them that they have our support, and that they can rely on us.

Respect is earned.

We where here for some time and we all know EVIAN was normal part of food an drinks offered to fd crew . And then withouth ACN a Capt was terminated for taking EVIAN we all know that case seams you new guys know only after the ACN was out .Ask a senior guys about it to clerify it for you .

Also china service was there then 9 floor say that pilots are cheap drivers so they remove it but after so many complaines they come in and out .
Mr Kijangim do you know about the case when 9 floor ofloaded a Captain who refused to fly to Jemen with a pax who had a knife in cabin and then a 9floor ofloaded him give him a warning letter and bring a Capt who took a flight carring pax with knife in cabin and promoted the guy in few months to TRE and chief pilot.

Do you know 9 floor will black list a cabin crew if she will date a pilot and get married for him ? O maybe you didnt know that .

Do you know why no one except you defend this sick small man ? Because everyone knows what is he doing .

Ask a avrige Qatari non pilot guy what he think about 9 floor ha ha you will hear a funny things about him ha ha .

Mr Kijangim please read all the ACN from 9 floor and you will if you know a bit about psichology understand who is he .
Specially ACN to cabin crew and pilots :
Sounds : remember you are under QR sponsorship and you are not allowed to do "this and that " or you will be terminated and it will be considered a serious .........
Or ACN when one of his spy tell him something what is happening will sound:
It has been brought to my attention that some crew do ...... and it is not allawed and if you do this and that you will be terminated .....

Mr Kijangnim did you read or listen his interviews how he talk about major aircraft manufacturers ? Do you know any other CEO talking like him ?


Ask all EX management pilots how they get directive who to fail and who not to pass an interview and who to select for ..... all from 9 floor .

Ask Safety office where they sended voice recorder of the guys who got terminated after they talk against 9 floor after a minor incident in DXB .

Do you want examples 100 % true we can tell them all day long ?

You can defend a sick guy all day long but QR crew all over globe are by telling the true about him and they are doing right thing to spread word about him and it will never stop . Cant stop a footbal rolling sometimes he will be up sometimes down . Every dog has his day . Wait and see
