Skype on Mac
 

I have recently taken the plunge and bought a mac.
Can any mac savy posters let me know if there is any special configuration for Skype?
It connects fine on my Windows laptop, but although I have downloaded the software, it will not connect on the mac....I'm with DU (Don't) BTW.

a straight forward installation on my macbook pro, but i done before coming to uae.........maybe that could be your problem !!!

Yep no problem for me either. Just download from skype or maybe cause your in DXB mate.

same here. macbook pro. download dmg file and ready to go ..... if you're don route make sure you get all the gear - skype, VPN etc to use in DXB

Download fine here in UAE on Mac through VPN...

you need a vpn... otherwise DU is blocking skype....

Skype does not work when I use DU, but works fine on Etisalat in both AUH and DXB.
