It seems like Google Earth has been blocked in Dubai.

Paranoia......or what?

Any comments?

Earth does not work anymore at least via Etisalat, perhaps du is ok ?! Gosh, can't have a look at the HQ roof pool anymore.....

Last Thursday we had problems checking our aircraft via Google Earth from Bahrain.. Its been working normal the last couple of days.

Not sure it is good to put the 'work arounds' on here. Never know who is reading the pages and it may end up blocked as well!

not a good idea to post vpns names on public forums but for the record HS is rubbish. Being free it is full of ads so while you are listening to some nice music, there goes an ad. Get yourself a paid vpn. Not expensive,reliable, faster and no ennoying pop up ads.:ok:

Got Google Earth fine... Without using my tunnel either:ok:

I support FJCruiser! I got a paid VPN, and my connection tunnels through US, and now I got all those banned sites available. :D

Google Earth works for me on VPN, nothing using the Eta Slappa line.

What gives?

Strange as it may seem I can't get it either and I'm with eatasalad. Been fine for years and now have to switch on the VPN:ugh:

Yep, Blocked here with emptysalat... tried it during a layover and works fine... I tought it was my new antivirus... Disgusting!!! :yuk: :mad:

Toga,Would not have thought so it's also blocked in Iran.

Is Iran the isolated country near the ARABIAN Gulf ???:)
