Emirates Sim Instructing Job??
 

I applied for a recently advertised position as Sim Instructor but haven't heard back from EK.
Does anyone have any info on what to expect.

That's an interesting id you have. Are you a woman?

This is the middle east, not Kansas. EK does have 6 or so female pilots out of 2250, its good for global brand building. I've never seen a female sim instructor in this part of the world.

I think the flight departments at Tim Horton's or EnCana would be a better option.

In a nutshell, most employees here are totally demoralized because of how bad a place to work this has become. As one person put it "I wouldn't recommend EK to a friend, or even an enemy." That's a pretty strong statement. You have been warned.
