How are you getting paid?
 

Hello

My company starts paying us from when the airplane is pushed backed and the gs is> .5 knots to when the parking brake is set at the arrival gate.

Somebody told me that several airlines in the ME pays from the gear is up to gear down. any thruth to this?..( please tell me no :)

Most airline in ME pays as per roster . So if you fly more then whats in youre roster you are not payed if you fly less its ok .
If airline would pay me from push back to PRKBRK ON i would taxi with 5 kts max and cruise with green dot and descent with F1 and taxi in with 3 kts all that with speed brakes out so they spend more fuel and suffer as i do ! lol lol lol
