As a major (And National) airline, Ey cares about its crew and you are now able to bid for (hold your breath!!) only 3 days off AND/OR 3 days leave OR 1 requested flight; Dont forget to say thanks at the pumpet road show!!

Like every month you will get a fair roster sending people to europe when they want to go to Africa or you will get 3 FRA, or CDG, MAN, MUC in a row when some guys are asking for only one of them and never get it!! Also make sense to fly back to back to the same destination with minimum rest at base... :hmm:

Many airlines are using AIMS and pilots are able to built 95% of their roster per month without crying to get one flight :*; Why everything is always so complicated and mean in EY :ugh:

IF you don t know are to run a national airline at least you can try to copy other airlines (have a look few miles away, it s a good start :})

3 days off maximum request a month, so those will always be between 2 ULRS. Thats why they changed it from 4 to 3.
