What Is Going On In Qr Selecting People Like Dcp Trg A330 [ Rh].he Proven In The Past To Be A Biased Individual.will Destroy The A330 Flt. God Help People In Qr With The Likes Of Him In Management.

I've been in QR since before R.H. and most people find him knowledgable and a straight talker. The ones who don't like him are usually people who failed sim checks etc. Are you one of them? ;)

Besides, can you really complain about R.H. in management when we have people like the CP340/CP Tech?!

I am amazed by some of the reactions here.

For years and years the QR flight ops dept has been ruled by worthless amateurs and nobody complained.

Sure, lots of the pilots had one or another way in so rosters could be manipulated, check results changed ( No, Its NOT normal 80% of the checks are graded 5!!!!), fleet transfers arranged etc etc etc

Sure, RH is not a stranger to political games and he made his mistakes in the past....But the man does know what he is talking about, he knows how to fly an airplane and yes, his standards while checking are higher than the average TRE-that-just=fell-out-of-a-tree in qatar Airways!

You can live with an absolute amateur telling you how much fuel to take, implimenting policies without ever reading an OEB,....so I am sure you can live with RH and SD in the training office!

Correct 515. Those who have a problem with RH, have a problem with their own standards.

However to call our Technical Chief Pilot an amateur is a bit generous, don't you think? Incompetent would be closer to the truth.

I wish we can someone like CP330 DCP330 DCPT330,DCP320 or DCPT320....to make it short anybody else....

Have to agree soooooo much CP on 320 is the perfect example of ignorance mixed with incompetence.

The other question is how long before RH and HA kill each other being in the same room????:\

R.H will prove again and again how he is and he will be demoted for 3 time in QR .
He is perfect for manipulating people and system .
Knows how to talk but its all big plans and empty promises.

The Goat is a juvenile airline, you must expect kindergarten like management.

Want to learn something new? You must then ask the A320 Chief Pilot Training the following questions. Let him teach you, or at least have a laugh at his answers:
1. What are the two/single engine V2500 TOGA time limits?
2. What to do if you lose visual reference whilst circling?
3. Can the FO be PF for CAT3a autoland?
4. How many trainees need complain about a TRE before he can be promoted to Goat Management?


And ever wonder why the Goat doesn't bother with psychological testing during recruitment? I guess managers with mental disorders find the psych evaluation process intimidating....

Mr. Stain your ability to see the truth is impecable. The hole is getting closer. The one you look down and see a goat at the bottom, then the I*a*i*n donkey will nod no more. Trouble is that he is suckering in other people, normally good people that believe his claptrap. The new Chief Trainer is also part of the problem, no guts, no idea.

The whole goats management is one big disaster fugitive servants of the ruthless goat's king. He'll chop you all one day anyways. Hey what else to expect from the sub ordinary mindsets living by the rule of JUST IN CASE.:ugh:

One's goal should be to plan escape before one's mind is stained, as one must be capable of passing psych test at next airline eh? Don't get lost in the desert madness...
