Oman NOTAM: OOXX, "A" ?

Where is Location: OOXX, "A" in Oman? (NOTAM)

There was a point "A" close to HAI, used exclusively for military traffic, but I haven't seen it used for a number of years. Apart from that, I have no idea. Haven't heard of OOXX.
