Bahrain air replacing Gulf Air
Bahrain air replacing Gulf Air?
|
With lazy bahraini pimps and crooks.
sounds appetizing! |
hahaha!
i was about to ask where to find details about this outfit coz i couldn't find any on google except for some news that it's starting on Jan 17... |
Nope,
Each has his own management, Bahrain Air is a low cost :) |
London's Control, "management" is a big word mate. Don't know if I would describe them so eloquently;)
|
Management by default, anyone with any skills somehow managed to leave the island...
Those who stayed, expats and Bahrans alike just happened to be there. Then of course you have the family factor, just like condoleances on the intranet in the pink palace, bahrain air will be the sallimi and El hamar gang, i can already see the faces from Costa looking up as you wallk in and the not so secret secretaries in the canteen. The whole of bahrain is a joke, writing it in small letters only serves to give everyone a better picture. |
Do they have a website?(im trying to locate them but i cant)
C you please tell me their website address or any contact number for the HR? What are their requirements for hiring pilots? |
chrislikesblue, they have bugger all mate, don't waste your time my son.

Bahrainair has an extremely professional, vibrant, and informative website that complies with international W3C internet standards. It's completely up and running and was designed to get everyone excited about the services and routes they're about to launch. It's even got a it's own blog so the company can communicate and connect to it's customers sharing it's company culture and future plans. Yeah right! Who am I kidding !?
http://bahrainair.net/ A company that wants 90% of it's workforce to hold red passports. That alone is enough to make me say no thanks. We all know what level of service, professionalism, and efficiency we get from 100% Bahraini run organizations ie. govermental ministries :yuk: |
Bahrain eire website...
Putting People First
Our success shall be through the efforts of our people. We recruit the right and (Sellimi style ) dynamic (very!! ) individuals and train them ( By Sellimi style folks ) to reach the highest standard of professional and personal competent. ( Ouch! I over stretched myself and I have a back problem! 10 days off please!) Safety is our number one priority and our staff and crew must possess the maturity seen with any situation ( foresseing things to come I guess?). We work hard ( Ouch! I need another 20 days for this one!) to ensure our staff love working forBahrain Air ( I bet they will !) and embrace their work as a way of life ( something yet to be seen in a place like Bahrain). You will feel like part of the family (Confirms what I said a little higher up the sellimi family and al Hummer) from day one, working with friendly ( So friendly Yikes!) people across the network. Then there is a definite team spirit and our crew work together to provide a professional service ( LOL) . With on-going growth, it is an exciting time to join Bahrain Air and there are no doubts that the role of staff with Bahrain Air presents a fantastic career opportunity for your future. (As a passenger, I don't think so!) Let's play this game and guess who is going to be filling these posts! » Director of Finance and Administration » Pilots » Cabin Crew »Telephone Sales Agents |

Listen - fact is - Everyone knows December the 16th is National Day. Bahrain Air wanted to launch today and as members of the public we were told through various news statements in the local press that come December the 16th, Bahrain Air would be accepting booking online on their website and on the phone through their call centre.

Airline launch 'delayed by training'
By SOMAN BABY THE launch of Bahrain Air, the kingdom's first privately owned, low-cost airline, has been delayed. It was due to be launched today, but sources said it was now likely to begin operations in the first week of next month. Management officials could not be reached for comment, but sources said the delay was connected to staff training. Two aircraft have already been leased and the crew training is being held in Amman, they revealed. The carrier, which also offers business class, will use a Airbus A320 fleet - with 12 seats in business and 150 in economy. The pilots and cabin crew recruited by the airline are undergoing training at the Royal Jordanian Air Academy. Chairman Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and managing director Ibrahim Al Hamer announced the launch of the airline at a Press conference in late November. They revealed that the airline's fleet would have four aircraft by April and five by the end of the year. Bahrain Air will initially fly on Bahrain, Dubai, Mashad, Beirut and Alexandria routes. The destinations will be increased to 14 by April next year, 23 - including the Indian subcontinent - by 2009 and 25 by 2010, Mr Al Hamer said at the time. The airline has already signed agreements with several travel agents in the country. The company has an authorised capital of BD10 million and a fully paid-up capital of BD8m. Other board members are Bahraini businessmen Faisal Jawad and Ali Al Musallam and Saudi businessman Khalid Al Sadoun. The airline's headquarters is in Arad. |
So what is the latest on Bahrain Air? Load factors etc?
