Jaa Licence With Military Exemptions

Hi,

I am trying to find out if my JAA ATPL(A) with theory exemptions would be valid in the Middle East, particularly UAE and Dubai.

Are there any ex-military pilots with exemptions out there who know ?

Would be grateful for any help.
