does anybody know what are the requirement to register a car in europe from uae?

I mean, what kind of docs and specifications the european law requires?

I imagine all the countries in Europe have slightly different rules about this. For the UK you would have all kinds of grief with things like fog lights, headlights dipping to the wrong side, speedo calibration, rustproofing, insurance once you get it there and so on. Unless it is an exotic or a classic I can't see it being worth the bother.

It's different per country, so depending where you want to import your car to.
For instance in NL you pay for a part of the current value of the car and in DE and BE you only pay a standard price per kg for importing.

Hi, I am just finishing importing my car from DXB to EHAM. It arrived today, so once the paperwork is all cleared, i'll let you know the damage. I know for sure that I can import my car into NL tax free (no BPM, the biggie tax on every car here), as I didn't live in Europe before, but some countries have different rules. I do tho have to keep the car for a year, or else I would be charged tax on it. There is a road tax depending on the weight of your car, but you have to pay that regardless of whether you're importing it, or bought one here. Anyways once it's all done if you want to know, I can drop another post here for ya...

Not sure if this directly answer the question but i throw my 2 pence worth.
Back in late nineties i imported a MR2 from Japan (those days Sterling was strong & ER favoured us). I bought the car via online auction (:mad:). I then used an agent in NL to import & temporally register the car (just to avoid all kinds of grief with UK authorities). The agent did all the work for me and when the car was ready to take away he called me and i flew to NL & drove the car back to the UK. Once in UK got the fog lamps and speedo sorted and then took my baby for the MOT which she passed that with flying colours (she was only 4 years old). I did have some problem getting the car insured due to the modifications (Skirting, 17' alloys, stiffen suspension etc) but bit of research sorted that out to. All in all it was very simple and straight forward and using the agent in NL helped a lot.
I would suggest to use an agent in the EU to do the run around for you but if you are importing in UK then you will still have LHD car on RHD roads!
