What profit?:=

If there was any profit it's certainly all gone now that Hogie and his band of merry men are banking it:bored:

They are also going to offer bases to all the EK crew ,as well as a big pay rise.
No provident fund though as most will not live long enough to collect it.

JH has stated he intends to get EY in profit by 2010 so that's 3 more years of losses, if the EY shareholder doesn't mind not making a profit for the next 3 years then JH is the very man to achieve that !

Until then, Associates (nice word), will "contribute" for the Loss Share:eek:...

i have heard that some sort of bonus will be given but its because the company has just done a great first quater and word has it that if it continues to achieve revenue targets some sort of bonus will be given, no harm in waiting to see. If something comes well its extra whatever it is. So there is no harm in waiting i guess. But i hope its true.

Cikpigeon....short of crew and no overtime...or short of crew and no pay for overtime???:confused: :}

sandblasted 4th May 2007 16:14

Definately no pay for overtime!!! just watch when things settle down by the end of the year and we are back to 75/80 hours then they will announce the introduction of overtime pay! very convenient I must say. As I mentioned before the only changes we will see are freebies that do not upset the JH budget. :ugh: as for RENT TO BUY:{ what a joke!

...as for RENT TO BUY what a joke!
Just don't buy it...:=. To rent to buy a property, these guys have to stop treating us as Guests because I do not treat my Guests the way I'm treated here.
It's almost impossible to save here when you have the cost of living rising the way it is compounded by the rents and educational fees instabilities (rocketing upwards...).
This is still good for the retirees from mainstrean airlines (DECs) looking for extra cash and the fun of flying, the jobless, the guys earning less elsewhere, the upgraders specially if in the latter cases you are single (= lots of fun in funny places).
You are here to work and earn money in order to retire economically sound. This does not mean filthy rich. The majority did not, does not and won't have that luxury.
