Culturally Sensitive To Op Env?

I see eeeeeeeeekk is advertising for B777 Sim Instructors with a CONDITION of employment to be... "culturally sensitive to the operational environment"... and with said post in mind and thinking of tossing the hat in the ring I would like to know from somebody with an inside track what this means?

Please no Aussies(remember the Great Tassie Cull),nor George Bush........preferably a good Norwegian.

"DUCK- INCOMING".:oh:

Well you asked.....
1: Cost cutting is more important than quality
2: Box ticking is the modus operandi
3: Student poor performance has nothing to do with the above
4: Pilots will be graded to the same benchmark, regardless of previous experience
5: Blame must always be shifted to someone else, i.e. the most dispensable
6: DEC's will be assessed and graded to a different (lesser) standard than F/O's doing upgrade
7: We need lots of pilots, even if they don't speak English, or have any flying skills.
8: You are expected to grade pilots on their flying skills, even though the companies automation policy bars them from hand flying.
9: Training Captains must always score a 5 (1-5 grading scale)
10: F/O's should never score above 4

:ok: ruserious, you just won post of the week with that wonderful insight into Middle East airlines (in general) training standards. Spot on bubba - something that could only be concocted (and appreciated) by someone within the system.
