Etihad (Rumours??)

Hey People,

What's this I heard, from a very reliable source in town.... Apparently there's going to be a MASSIVE (radical) change in the EY management (for the better). I have even heard that the return of some familiar faces (the ones we liked) is on the cards??

All very exciting.....

Anyone else heard anything??
What about that Hogan character, is he coming? (hope so)

Safe flying (if only that were possible the way things are....!!)

Guru :)

Well i hope so as of the last while nothing has change except for the management; CEOS, VPs, HEADS of Training, etc.

Its going to have to be something for real before we can see any positive steps towards being a truely real National Airline and not just a start up charter airline from the Middle East, Which is the way management runs this thing.

Three years as a start up airline with no Pensions ,No bonus, very poor company housing, no perdiums on lay overs, no loss of license insurance, no transport, unlimited available days with no pay. On and on i can go with this rant.

Please bring some management who would like to make a airline for its country as well as the people who want to build it.:D

New Management?

By the sounds of it from the last posts I read, it seemed that all was for the better in the mental assylum.

Please review your comments because from the sounds of it the management you have from another thread sounded like "everything" was under control.

I don't know if anyone can really help EY, it seems to me that it will take indeed the caliber of a Hoguie to fix it all, because from what I know, most of you there are living an atrocious nightmare!

God Help you!

EY is far from a nightmare, yes it does have areas that need fixing but its no worse than lots of other places around the world.
When I read all this nonesense I wonder if this is the same EY they are talking about!

For all you prospective new joiners dont listen to the doom and gloom merchants, its not that bad....certain areas do require fixing and fast, but the vast majority are good guys...do your own research then decide if its for you...most important be realistic in your expectations.

Good luck!:bored:
