What next at EK
 

F/Os,
We have to hit the office hard now, with the A380 delays Airbus F/os need transition upgrades and DECs should be canceled immediately.
We cannot do this as a group so must individually write in and visit ED or whoever every day from now on. Every other airline upgrades to different types .
Also does the policy of going to 777 as f/o for 6 months then upgrade after 3 years still stand.

There's absolutely no reason to take more DEC"s. At least not for the next 8 months, since the A380 has been delayed again for that long. Even after that, EK gets 8 months (again) to get it's stuff together and comply with the OLD policies again, that's the old policy that included transition upgrades.

For some reason I'm not betting on anything though..
