Anyone playing this market these days? Any comments on the share values out there? I.E March 7th Amlak 4.10Dhs, Emaar 12.70 Dhs. Today Amlak 11.05 Emaar 31.50Dhs ! It seems that there are a lot of people with too much money and not enough brains, or another great Dubai missed opportunity! at these numbers, Emaar is valued at 98 Billion Dhs, Amlak at 41 Billion Dhs. That is what I call an expensive mortgage company! Very curious about other's perspectives.
