It will be very challenging for them to find suitable skippers because
- The right seat is occupied mostly by first officers with very poor training conducted next door. I recommend to ask them the place of training before you take the risk of operating. They are lovely lads but the training department is poor.
- The selection criteria for the sim tests and interviews depending on the mood of the person responsible. No Set standards in place.

Guys i have 3000 hours as a FO on A330 A380
with a valid A320 rating but no hours on A320
i have applied but its been rejected for FO position any idea if u have no hours on A320 but only A330 would it be acceptable?

i believe that is applied for the all companies to recruit saudi pilots either fresh or ex-military
