Time at home Emirates

quick question, how many nights/month do you have at home in Dubai on the 777 or 380.

i know dependent on roster etc but just looking at averages.

Possibly obvious reason for asking is to see how much a potential employee can expect to spend with family

thanks

What do you define as a home night? Landing at 01:00 back at home by 02:30, leaving home at 02:30 etc etc. You question though it sounds straight for ward isn't until you make it more specific.

Ah right fair enough...

lets say full nights at home. Could you expect to have more than the contractual days off, for example rest days or is it mostly min rest even at home base now?

hope thats clearer!

I would say on average not including leave, its 8-10. Its rare it is less than this but equally rare its more. It is a tough job for the families these days, and as DirectImped said you spend most of your days off in recovery mode.
