Is an EASA rules that when you fly more than 3 time zones westbound you must have 48 hours rest, and you you fly more than 3 time zone eastbound you must have 36 hours rest? But I guess with money you can buy what you want ...

What are the rules that allow factoring FTL?
I'm trying to understand the rules that allow factoring of flight time in the QCAA/EASA rules. What are the regulatory references or logic flow?
