Go Canada! I wish more countries/governments had the balls to call out Saudi Arabia for all their rubbish.

Does that really make it any better?

It sure makes it different to what is implied above

Killing someone by burying him is horrific an yet the US use burial for their sentenced to death.

Why, don't they bury them in the US after they have been executed? That's quite bad then

Arketip...just curious: Do you work in this industry? Have you been called upon to pass any cognitive tests if so?

Anyone who can try to justify a little lo-cal cruxifiction with false equivalence is a worry to me.

As long as large Oil Consumers like the US rely on Saudi Arabia and sell Billion USD weapons in turn, nothing will change.

They, their brothers, sister, sons, daughters, Sheiks are laughing about the West.

Shame on us.

Yes, I work in this industry, for your happiness.

Not trying to justify crucifixion, I think is a horrible practice. Just trying to correct those that post about it implying that is death by crucifixion, which clearly is not,

Sorry dear snowflake if that worries you

Ahhhhh. Youre right. The crucifixion didnt kill him.

They executed him first before crucifying his corpse.
And they want to attract tourism by 2030?.

Well the US have the death penalty too, and then they bury the corpse.

And yet they have tourists going there.

Try not commit a crime when there and you should be ok.

People die of natural causes, and then they are buried in the ground!!!
Ban death from natural causes, it's as bad as beheading and crucifixion.

You're an idiot arketip

I don't like very much of anything he ever said, but George W said exactly that after Sept 11.

Never mind, eventually they'll go back to riding camels and sucking sand for nourishment.

Arktip is making an excellent point about how words are twisted for clicks. Too many people around here believe the news.

I find Canada's stance a little (pleasantly) surprising, considering Trudeau always seemed to be quite pro-Islamic

Saudi arrogance

This is the typical Saudi modus operandi.
Arrogant and stubborn at the same time, just like the Qatar blockade, pathetic and counterproductive.
I’m happy to see that Canada, unlike others, stands up for something without fear...
Saudi are champions in threatening others and rely completely on the support of those ridiculous countries that play the good soldiers just because they’re paid to do so by them, like maldives, Egypt etc etc..
The Illegal blockade is making Qatar suffer but on the other hand is achieving the opposite result, Qatar is stronger than ever and is becoming more and more self sufficient.
