Second UAE airline recruitment.

How is it that a certain airline in the UAE was asking pilots to take unpaid leave quite recently but now are recruiting all fleets TR and non TR

That's strange ! Maybe they are changing their Terms & Conditions! I Don't think they will get any applications to unstable Airline!

You never know whats going on around this part of the world.

Talking from first hand experience: anyone who contemplates moving to this company can be declared clinically insane. The ship is going down!!!

You guys would be suprised how many would join. Marketing is not only for customers. Employees get a load of that too. So a lot of people would not know what is going on.

“Well if they are hiring things must be not bad!”

Perhaps it's similar to QR - we'll give you a job and ask you to resign but we won't give you a contract to fly until we actually have the money to pay you. Marketing is right!

Because pilots are running away and they are afraid to lose too many pilots than expected so they want to replenish the holding pool where nobody is holding other than few guys.
No matter what is going on....this outfit is overcooked.Go there without your family if you really want to join.Too many pilots already sent their loved ones back home to be able to commute and save money...that says it all
The milky cow has runned out of milk now few vultures are flying around sharing what is left of the carcasse
Good luck anyway

I had a chat a few days ago with a senior captain from that airline who said they are concerned with the amount of resignations going on.

Is this the airline where no more threads are allowed and in very close proximity to EK in the UAE?

Having flown there two years ago, flew in last week place looked like a ghost town where r all the aircraft gone ? and new terminal mothballed ....a far cry from bombastic overreaching unrealistic expansion dream chasing airline of few years ago. Almost following the like of GF years earlier except with more money losses..the more you have the more you loose. Putting an apartment at 36000 feet !! Did it work?

Midfield Terminal far from mothballed.... advertising does not mean actual current recruitment!
