Reason for Iran air mishaps

There have been a few air crashes out of Iran especially after take off. Are there any investigative reports on these that anyone here might be aware of.

My father and I had a combined total of 18 years in the maintenance department of Iranair mostly in Tehran. We left after the revolution in 1979. Prior to this the maintenance standard of the airline was second to none. No expense was saved in order to keep this standard. After the revolution experienced and technically capable people were removed and replaced with those with the most revolutionary fervour. The result of this was in the year following there were incidents caused by incompetent maintenance. Examples being a 727 destroyed on a high speed taxy test, engines being set alight etc. We left because of the falling standard - we were of the few expats who were not terminated,in fact they tried to persuade us to stay. I enjoyed my time there and learned much that stood me in good stead later,I found the Iranian people easy to get along with and made good friends. Years later I worked for my old Iranian boss on various projects.
