Is it required to fly an aircraft ? Or the operater is asking for better writing skills so that he can write endless emails to the management in flawless English ? Why can’t you guys just stick to the topic and stop firing a poor guy ?

People like you are the ones who climb up the management tree and be a PIA to us.
