Well Again The tide is changing...Again!
Massive direct entry recruitment has begun in all seats again!
Even on the EMB175 which up to the 31st of August 2016, was slated to be closed.
Most of the crews were in the middle of their B737 conversion when they were told by management that the course was cancelled with immediate effect and they would be returning to their equipment.
So boys(and yes Girls) send in your C.V's theyre growing and need you!
Just be aware that youre gona be a slave with no or very limited time off for the 1st year.

Welcome to Oman.

Ramones, Why do you consider yourself a monkey LOL. Do you want me to upload the bond terms here? I would be glad to provide evidence of bond.

I consider myself a professional pilot I don't know you .
I can read my contract very well and MY bond is not what you are posting
In two years in Oman Air I don't have anything less of what is written in my contract
Have fun

Ramones, I would like to mention these are the new, revised bond terms. Bond 3 years/Employment term 2 years, either ways they want you to pay if you leave.

you will not have to pay anything as long as you stay 3 years and give your 3 months notice.

So after 2 years end of contract you have to stay another 1 year without contract? Or if they decide to downsize which seems to be happening in the region then?

You can apply directly with Airline through website!! No need to go through an agency!!
Agencies make money off you directly and under the table as well...!!
Just go directly with the Airline if you can!!

PS. Some agency have preferences on some nationalities.....

@ex laker: but under current vacancy on career page of oman air, B737NG first officer is not listed. i will go ahead and fill the generic application form anyway.

if anyone here knows the contact details of the chief pilot or HRD, kindly share via PM please. thanks
