That my be true Panther but my time there told me no matter how much the individual holding HD's position wanted to change things for the better... he couldn't because of the infamous "brick wall" above him!

How much time should we give him to facilitate any improvements?

Well, to be fair, an instructor who's been here a while and takes the housing allowance would actually earn around 20K US- money (at least comparing it to other places) isn't really the issue.

What lifestyle that money buys you in Dubai may be.....

Communication is now at an all time low, unless you want to give up your day off..
HD says he is satisfied with the Leave situation..
And his one E-Mail about rostering contained a clear threat..

How else can we assess the current regime?

Jaffanoics, was down at Park & Shop one of our local supermarkets here. Box of Jaffa Cakes, with UK price printed clearly on the box at £1. Local price 18aed.
With an exchange rate of 5.3 to the £, that is a healthy 340% mark-up.
I am sure you will all agree the price of Jaffa Cakes is crucial to a happy life

Just as crucial as bothering about whatever drivel comes from the bounty castle, HD included.

I'm no longer even bothered to read or download anything that appears on the EK daily mail. Outlook365? Why install a spy software?
If it's important, they will call you! (Ooops, the company phone is never switched on .....)

And if anyone cares to re-read my post, it says "per hour". All the EK guys who are there that i've discussed this with say it's a delight regarding rosters and getting lifestyle back.. and health as well

Forgot to mention the ALT equivalent each month for our 10 days off consecutively.

I've mentioned this to those who ask: If you're first question regarding TK is.... what the pay is, it may not suit you. If your first question is what are the rosters like, it probably would suit you.
