Am I missing something here ? Had a quick look at the DEC package , the basic works out at just under £100k (GBP) ? They've got no chance of attracting credible ,experienced CPT if that's correct .

Correct....and you have to figure in a mighty strong dollar as well. 8 years ago, thereabouts, the dirham was 7.2 to the Sterling. Now it's 5.2. Exchange rate protection, whilst helpful, is another con that you only know the full details when you sign up. Only 50% of your salary is protected anyway and then only up to a max deviation of 15%. It's not what's advertised!
Having said that, accommodation is a no cost to your take home which helps your bottom line as well as education allowance if you figured in sending kids to boarding school. Flight pay is also not included as well as monthly norm of 'productivity' pay. It's not called overtime because it isn't. It's payed at the same rate, or less than our hourly rate. It's 'productive' for the Company only!
