Wow just shaking my head at the rosters you guys are fed. No freaking way could I last a few years much less a career doing them esp when you include ULH. If the terms are headed that way globally, I'll find something else to do. Seen too many guys croke 1-2 years after retirement to give my body to this profession.

Sounds to me like you guys are working in a coalmine. Long hours, shifts, miserable living conditions, work induced diseases and low life-expectancy.

The 2 days leave will be at the start or end of the month with the balance in a different month. Leave is a block of at least four days, which is still pretty useless but there you go.
