Who says the french can't build good Jets?

Engineered perfection, and not an Aeerboos in sight

It does annoy me that no major airliner manufacturer can produce an avionics suite anywhere near close to that of the Dassault or Gulfstream Companies.

So much situational awareness, and presented on nice big screens too.

I didn't know anybody said that they can't build good jets? They've built some fantastic aeroplanes.

Indeed. They seem to build more reliable ones than the Americans these days.

*ducks for cover*

Someone needs to teach these guys about the dangers of submarine approaches. I was watching the touch and gos and thinking how low on profile the aircraft looks. Then I thought maybe just a visual illusion from the camers. But then I noticed where the Radalt was calling 50 ft - waaaaaay out over the grass short Of the threshold. Hope the rabbits there have learned to duck.

But great looking machine. Falcon 900 - still my favorite aircraft I ever did time in.

Caynine is spot on, they don't need it so not willing to pay for it. Offer upgraded flightdeck, requiring no additional training, and same price and they'll take it.

They can build very good jets ... but they have some limitations in writing the operational manuals ... in english!
