response to adriansky

The characterization of my posting by adiransky as "hating and grudges" is without basis. I believe that my posting is entirely polite and factual. It includes the disclosure, "As one who has a judgment, for two years now, from the Labour Court of Abu Dhabi ordering Prestige Jet to pay me my salaries and dues, but having not yet received my salaries and dues..." The word "Deeb" does not appear in my posting.

Since adriansky has raised the topic, the company has been owned, to varying extents, and managed by Faris Deeb during its entire existence. Certainly he bears the bulk, if not all, of the responsibility for the behaviour of the company. Who is responsible for a company's strategy, behaviour, legal compliance and financial results, if not the founder/part-owner/managing director/chairman/CEO?

Attacking somebody who has a claim validated by the Court, as "hating and grudges", rather than responding to the substantive issues raised, seems rather defensive. In my case, I can assure you that this carping will subside the moment that the company honours the Court decree so, if you wish to see no more of my postings on this topic, all you have to do is pay me as the Court has ordered the company to do, and also pay the others who have similarly been awaiting compliance with decrees of the Court ordering the company to pay them.

Within the last 9 days

This is a long standing saga, if there was NO truth in it, then it would have naturally disappeared.

I have to thanks for comments like terminator and kangarooflyer because in my case I opened my eyes regarding the company we are talking about, and I am one of those who thinks live your own experience but in this case, it is very obvious when more than hundreds of different people agree on the same issue.

Cheers, Mutt and Kanela. In the situation in which the orders of the Court of Abu Dhabi are not being enforced, the only hope I have to collect my judgment and dues is to persistently remind that this is the case, and not permit it to be forgotten. As stated in my previous post, I try to be respectful and factual, but it is my right to remind of this situation which I and several others have suffered for more than a year now. I will be happy to go silent upon this issue, the moment that I receive my dues as specified by the judgment from the Court.

Perhaps having this all go away would be a good business investment by the company; until then, I intend to exercise my right to tell the truth about my situation, as and when it has relevance to the discussion - as it did with respect to the question posed by Kanela.

Fame Jet

Hello,

A colleague of mine mentioned that Fame Jet has control of a Lineage 1000 A6-ARK and are looking for maintenance support. Is it true that the same prestige management runs the show there?

Just Another Data Point

Lineage 1000 A6-ARK was the first Lineage off the Embraer production line. It was delivered to Prestige Jet from the factory and has been operated exclusively by Prestige Jet until now. The fact that the same aircraft, pilots and management personnel are at Fame Jet is just another data point in the story that Fame Jet is Prestige Jet with a new name.

Disposition of N647SR

Happy New Year, Mates.

Recall that we were discussing the B737-500 N647SR a while back (post #430 by Waste Management, among others) which was operated by Prestige Jet?

I happened to click on an advert for a VIP B737-500 and, lo and behold, there is N647SR for sale, now re-registered as VP-CAJ.

Not that it matters much, but it is an interesting footnote to our discussions in this thread:

European Skybus Limited - VIP B737-500 for sale

Aircraft Registration: VP-CAJ
Previous Registration: N647SR
Date of Manufacture: 01 Jan 1992
Total Aircraft Hours: 35253
Total Aircraft Cycles: 52211

This Boeing 737-500 has recently undergone extensive maintenance and engineering work and has been converted to a VIP configuration in October 2010. The aircraft has been completely refurbished to the highest standards. The new owner will benefit from the millions of dollars and thousands of man hours that have gone into completing this VIP conversion. Optional Winglets can be fitted to improve the aircraft performance and range. The exterior has been painstakingly repainted and the interior has been finished to a very high VIP standard.

Prestige Jet

after moving to Canada and started new job here.. I have been always thinking about the time i spent my level best to do almost all required to have Prestige Jet a good environment and place to work. unfortunately, i eneded up not paid my previous salaries, allowances and EOS. even after winning my labour court case. i always get a flash back of the good ppl i met and learned from their biggest experience in aviation and how lucky i was to be and stay in touch with most of them. i really wanted to share this that i always remember the Deebs brothers in my prayers and thoughts wishing they face what i have gone through in Abu Dhabi when they ruined myself and kids life. I know this will not go with the wind and one day it will hit them hard on their lives and family.

just wanted to clear myself even after all of those years.
