Not including the 15% cost of living allowance that was just rolled into the basic salary:
Is there another increase to the basic salary with this new package??
If there is no increase, I can see no improvement and perhaps even a loss...

not enough info to know, lots of different opinions. but opinions don't pay the bills
I will wait and see, for now.. oh as far as our contract goes i have one, so not sure how the company changing it will turn out.

Ok Now the locals are Pissed, ( lack of health insurance) with Capt Mattar's death
( rip) it is now escalated to the king level. we will see but many 320 expats are just leaving.
Lots of rumors but cash pays the bills. we will see..
things move slow here.
