Emirates FO actual pay

Emirates FO actual pay
After reading the website I have some questions for those that ACTUALLY work for Emirates please:
• Hourly Flying Pay
An Hourly Flying pay is paid on block hours up to a threshold of between 83 to 92 hours.
Productivity Pay
Productivity Pay is also available for block hours worked above the monthly Hourly Flying Pay threshold of between 83 to 92 hours.
1. How much is the hourly flying pay for FOs?
2. How much is the productivity pay for FOs?
3. How is the threshold calculated? ie between 83 and 92 hours?
4. What would I be paid if I worked say 90 hrs for the month? ie starting salary + hourly flying pay + productivity pay?
Thanks for taking the time to answer

No, I am not an ex wife. I am a prospective employee and want to know exactly how much the pay is. Nothing more sinister than that I promise....
If you want to call me and tell me in person that's fine, I'll give you my number .... But I'm guessing you don't even work there "the outlaw".
I've copied and pasted what is on the website in my first post, so no it doesn't really explain how much one is actually paid per month, just the starting salary.
Thanks again

productivity pay starts above 92 hours. So it is basically negligible when calculating your earnings. You should easily be able to figure out your earnings by taking monthly pay and adding your flight pay. For obvious reasons people don't like to post their pay on this forum. I'm guessing it would take you apprx 10 minutes to figure out through your own online research.

Slightly off topic but I had a PM recently from a pprune probationer. One post. He wanted to know if I had contact details for someone at EK. I didn't respond. Seems lots of fishing going on.
Please don't respond to financial questions for the reasons outlined above...

For crying out loud blokes - it's not a secret
This thread is dipping into the 'stupid zone'
You'll probably find the starting pay on the EK careers website

Pay is part of the total PACKAGE
Someone on this board wisely said "look at the entire package vs. just the hourly pay." People tend to forget the housing and few other perks when considering the opportunity.
Not advocating one way or the other - just suggesting that people also consider the entire package and compare that to what they have at home... If you go to EK, go with your eyes wide OPEN and do your homework.

Mince
People are ridiculous. Don`t worry.
There were a topic here called "What`s your take home payment" or something like that. Search this topic and I remember seeing the take home pay of EK`s pilots.
Such a mystery for nothing.

That was close--I am assuming you are including the housing allowance in that 38,000 dhm figure!!!!!!!
FO's average about 28,000 dhms BEFORE any deductions if they fly an average month.

Been here two and a half years. Live outside of EK housing. Have a car loan. Am an FO. I get 38,000 Dirhams a month after deductions. Give or take a grand. Hope it helps.
I'll be the second to call BS on that. They must be dispersing your housing allowance on a monthly basis. 28,000 BEFORE deductions is much more accurate as long as you don't have leave that month.

Don't know why you are all jumping on thatwasclose. He says he is living outside company housing so it is fair to assume that figure includes housing. The housing allowance can be paid monthly if you want (otherwise 3 months in advance) so I'd say his figure of about 38,000 isn't far off- that would be about 26,000 without the housing. Looks about right to me.

Guys, my housing allowance is 12,500 a month. Yes I included that in my pay. I was just stating, since someone wants to know, how much money I take home as an FO at EK. Simple as that. It works out to 38,000 a month with the allowance.

The difference between you and the doctor is that you pay the doctor to see your wife naked and you still have no idea how much money he makes.....Quit flying and become a gynecologist....
