I hope you are not talking about YET another change in the management (following last week's ACN)...

In all the years I have been here I have seen as many management changes. None of them has ever lead to something good for the pilots. Only the last one slightly improved the training department, but that is about it!
Usually it is the opposite and conditions for the pilots deteriorate...
For example, now they have put M.a.S back in position as CP A300/A340. He is the most useless piece of manager that I have ever come across. This must be his 3rd tour of duty and every time the CEO removes him for mismanagement.
And I can tell you already now that most probably, if any Qatari is removed from management, he will be removed by an expat. And we all know where that eventually leads to…If that expat happens to be Indian we will see a big influx of Indians all of a sudden, if that expat happens to be Australian we will see all his buddies moving in shortly after, UK same ….
I actually think a good balance was reached over the last 12 months…Fleet management was left to the Qatari (political, easy and higher profile) while training was left to foreigners (hard work, certain level of knowledge needed, real day to day management). AQ is/was heading the training dept in his own style, but at least he has the common sense to ask for advise when he is lost!
Now you will most probably see everything messed up again and it will take a minimum of 6 months to see any progress. And all this at probably the most crucial time in the development of this airline!
Hats off for senior management! They do not give the flight operation’s management team the tools to work with, no training and no authority and yet they expect that team to perform miracles. QR is almost twice the size of EY and does all that with a Flight Operations management group that is 1/3 of the size.
I guess you are all exited because you might have heard BM will be leaving the building and probably that could be a positive thing. But believe me, the fallout of that entire operation will have severe repercussions on all of us!
So my apologies if I do not share your overly positive sentiment.
(That is if my assumptions about you aiming at a management change are correct)

I agree with most of things you say but take into account :
BM has changed with the power and he start messing with people privat and professional life ; pospone people promotions for 3 days sick leave, checking peoples rosters and accusing people for funny things , supporting CEO in his dictatorship , removing off days request just to demote P.M...
On the other hand AQ nice guy for chat but unfair things happen under his leadership ; he send Latino girl F/O to spy for him on SIM and based on that he removed an 777 TRE from training now this girl is getting command, removing a young 777 TRE based on SIM video that he is to frendly, an A320 TRE S.D sended by CEO to fail an skipper who has all 5 in file for last 5 years , keeping CC in SIM building just because Scotland Top gun guy knows all JAR OPS so he can fix the documentation for him .
An person who has more influance in Airline then any other Qatari non Qatari pilot is Moroccan small girl "AAB size " Mrs W . She has removed a lot of pilots from their management seat and she has direct link to CEO on every day bases . We all know that and we all know who are her close friends which are using her to serve information to CEO which they would like him to take as true .
Mr S.N A320 CP it is a joke he only know to answer "CEO want it this way"
Good guys are M.H A330 training and K.F A320 training and K.H safety guy. All the rest guys in office are just lickers

Bits Colony
Looks like MR Gix was having a few drinks last night with his Bts fellows and got very exited knowing that the colony is coming back and stronger than ever since CF, CFT and 777CP will be replaced by Bits.
not a problem, but if u guys always claiming you are professionals and have solid management background and experience, BE FAIR and play it professionally, NO NEED for a 3rd Bits colony trial cause it always fail and gets short life cycle.
I was quite for a very long time, but have to talk since the DAYS OF DARKNESS appearing on the near horizon, hope they would prove me wrong

Meaning the British are taking over the management of Flight Ops. I don't see anything wrong about that. I presume these guys have held similar positions in their previous airlines. We are talking about big airlines BA, Cathay, SAA etc, not like the previous British guys that were "magicians" in the making. Does anyone remember their previous airlines? Most of us have never heard of them...
