Having had no luck finding information on the net regarding chartering a helicopter from Fujairah, I'm trying my luck here. Does anyone know of operators based in Fujairah?

Depends on why you are going to FJR.
The nearest heli ops are at Abu Dhabi, the Rak opn closed down.
