You will definitely go to the pool like everyone else. A lot of people have been waiting for a long time. It doesn't mean that you will wait or not for almost 2 years to be called. It all depends on the MAX. If the Max returns I guess they will call everybody. You will be put in a talent pool if you succeed.

I might be wrong but with the Max return being postponed one more time, it is likely that the start dates in Feb will be cancelled. Be prepared for that, that's common practice at FZ. Do not resign from your actual employer.

I received an invitation email week ago for assement day in dubai for FO position in February 2020. Anyone else recieved invitation for February?
