BA's Local Management

Saw this quote in the Whisperer column in the Gulf Weekly today
Following the Terminal 5 fiasco at Heathrow one BA employee stated: "Whenever in the past BA got into a mess, people helped out, but morale is so low people won't do it any more."

Well, morale at BA is not just low in London over the past few months many experienced staff have left BA in the Gulf all for the same cause, poor management. Looks like the world's favourite is not so favourite with it's staff.
I have heard that loads of staff have left BA in the Gulf recently, seems the problem is no local managers in any country and the regional ones in Dubai only give a stuff about Dubai.

However on the good side as their planes are almost always full then what do they need staff here for anyway
