4 weeks profit share for most employees.
If you work in the Big Bosses Office, you're getting 21 WEEKS (yes, TWENTY ONE). I'm trying to figure out how this works?

I don't know how it works - but this has been common knowledge for a LONG time

The way the 'formula' works is something down the lines of, VP=2x coolies profit share, SVP 3x, DSVP 4x etc.
I suppose Directors get 5 or 6 times what we get. One of these days nationals will get more than expats too.
Just the way things are here - only one answer when it all gets too much.

In the last 12 months SIA guys have got 6 months profit share plus another month "bonus". (That, my friends is a total of 7 months extra pay in a 12 month period..not bad eh?)
