Hire Right

Just been contacted by Hire Right for security check on behalf of Qatar.
I am absolutely fine with the questions.

All except one.......
They are asking for details of my current employer and if they can contact them?
My answer is of course. NO.
I don't want my current employer knowing anything.
How do I deal with this situation???

Any help?

If your attachments are more then 5 mb it most likely wont send it. Go into your advanced settings when your scaning the documents and change the setting to 200. That worked for me.

Good luck

Command time at Qatar seems to be coming down...the wide body requires 6500 total time and if you have the appropriate total time and 2000 hours in heavy aircraft then fast track command is 2 years after final line check.
I had a line training captain on a flight recently...he said they are trying to slow down direct entry captains and now increasing command upgrades from 3 per month to 8 per month, so seems like it should be better....but time will tell

320 offer qatari

Hello guys,
I am a 320 rated FO with 500hrs on type and current. I have 6000TT of which 5200 are on turboprops Dash8s and ATRs and have 2000 CMD time. Have been trying to find where to fish out in the pilot market. So far i seems to have an interest in middle east specially qatar. At the moment QR doesnt have an ad for 320 FOs but what if i apply for 330 FO position instead?? Will they accept my application or will it be redirected back to me???

Thnx guys
