news article reports that Air Universal has secured a Cyprus AOC. Aircraft will be registered this month. I believe they will work on validations like Air Atlanta if Cyprus is anything like Iceland CAA. Are pilots allowed to fly over 60 by Cyprus authorities?

PIA has contracted Air Universal for one aircraft starting mid August , second in mid Sept and their is a possibility for two more extra during the Haj.

Ex-Lufthansa B747-200F D-ABZD [23407] and ex-Air Pullmantur B747-200B EC-IUA [23509], both currently stored at Marana, will undergo maintenance for future service with Air Universal.
