Can I avoid a bladder neck incision?

I hope so but my Dr tells me that the only options to this are:-
1-Alpha blockers
OR
2- Anticholinergic agent,such as Tolterodine,Tropsium Chloride,Propiverine Hydrochloride,Flavoxate or Oxybutynin?Are any of these compatible with a class one medical?
If not I could end up with a cystoscopy and some very unfortunate sexual side effects.HELP!!!!!!:eek:
