Can I obtain a class one medical certificate?

I recently had an accident which resulted in a broken tibia, of which was resolved by two screws to hold everything in place! Will this restrict me from obtaining a class one medical certificate in the future?

Not at all, i mean no probleml for the issue of a Class I medical.
