BA CEP
 

Does anybody know what the pay rates are for CEP and how many years you pay back towards your training costs for?

I have been trying to find out pay rates with in the industry and am finding it very difficult to get any info. Money is not the main reason I am interested in flying, lets just get that straight now, but I have started to organise the DIY route for if I fail the BA CEP, I am at final board stage now and I just want to know what financial hole I am digging for myself as I have been at uni for four years and hense already owe the national debt of many 3rd world countries!

Any help would be appreciated.
