Astigmatic Component?

Hi everybody,
I know this subject has probably been covered many times. But can someone tell me how I can find out what my Astigmatic component of my prescription is?

Yours Hopefully

I would try your opticians first, if no luck there then maybe a consultant opthamologist?
I shouldn't think you'd have to go that far though!
Best of luck!
